Unfortunately, no exchanges or returns. All sales are final. If you would like to address a problem or concern with the order you have placed, please contact or on our CONTACT page.
As Described / As Is Condition
All of our items are sold as described and as-is condition. As they are previously loved, items will have some degree of wear.
We do our best to represent this through photos and descriptions.
Please read and view the description and photos carefully before purchase.
If you have any questions or would like additional photos of the item, we are happy to assist you.
We also do not accept cancellations.
FEES / RETURN SHIPPING FEES
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. In the occasion a return is accepted/permissible, We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please ensure and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns. The buyer is also responsible for any other additional fees that may incur outside of Dree Vintage ( for example Paypal, credit card fees).
In the event of a return, we ask that items are shipped back within 3 business days of receiving the item, otherwise, we cannot accept the return.
